Cooking Instructions

• Cook: Pressure cook Thur dhal.
• Mix: Boil cooked dhal, tomatoes, Chotus Rasam powder, tamarind solution, salt as per taste. Season with oil or ghee, mustard, cumin, asafetida, curry leaves and let simmer for 2 mins.
