Ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp Chotus Filter Coffee Powder

  • 1.5 cups hot water

  • 1 cup full-fat milk

  • Sugar to taste

Instructions :

  • Set the Filter: Place 2 tbsp of coffee powder into the top compartment of a traditional South Indian filter.

  • Add Hot Water: Pour hot (not boiling) water slowly over the coffee powder and cover. Let it drip for 15–20 minutes to collect the decoction.

  • Heat Milk: In a pan, bring milk to a boil and froth it using a frother or by pouring between two cups.

  • Mix: In a serving tumbler, mix 2–3 tbsp of the decoction with hot milk and sugar to taste.

  • Serve: Pour back and forth to froth and serve piping hot.

Serving Suggestion :

  • Stronger brew? Use less milk and more decoction.

  • Store the coffee powder in an airtight container for freshness.
