Ingredients :

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cups tamarind water

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)

  • 1 tbsp Chotus Rasam Podi

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions :

  • Make the Base: In a saucepan, add tamarind water, tomatoes, salt, and Chotus Rasam Podi.
